Mark capital has an exclusivity agreement with Aselsan Medical Solutions (Turkiye) to Procure, Supply and Distribute their medical offerings.
Through numerous and ongoing discussion with Aselsan in Turkiye, Mark Capital has presented themselves as the preferred candidate to be the sole and leading distributor of their Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Biovent- Intensive care type ventilator and their Mobile X Ray Machines.
Aselsan has committed Original Manufacturing Support (OEM)to the venture
The project scope is to establish a sales platform and through a Transfer of Technology (TOT) initiative, identify a semi knock unit (SKD) component structure to be assembled in South Africa and establish a facility to manufacture components or the product in South Africa for distribution to the African Continent
